Melissa joined Sitings in 2023 as a licensed Property Manager, bringing expertise in both commercial and residential real estate.

Throughout her career, Melissa has managed a diverse portfolio exceeding 500,000 square feet, encompassing single- and multi-tenant properties, mixed-use developments, industrial buildings, and retail complexes across British Columbia and Alberta. Her experience includes working with a wide range of high-profile tenants, including Save-On-Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks, Kito Canada, Kal Tire, Sprott Shaw College, GardenWorks, LifeLabs, RBC, and Coast Capital Savings. She is dedicated to delivering operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and value-driven property management services.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia and a Property Management Licence from the UBC Sauder School of Business. Her expertise includes lease administration, budget management, rent collection, maintenance coordination, property inspections, vendor negotiations, and conflict resolution. Proficient in Yardi software, Melissa leverages technology to streamline daily operations, ensure compliance, and optimize performance.
